Self-Love Self-Care Resiliency

 I will provide a safe and healing environment for clients to discuss real life experiences without having to reframe for the clinician to be able to relate. My clinical approach promotes clients to feel comfortable in their own skin no matter the circumstance. 

 I use treatment modalities for children and adolescents, individuals, couples, and groups. My therapy approaches include Cognitive Behavior, Humanistic, Person-Centered, Integrative/Holistic Therapy and Motivational Interviewing .The modalities I use are useful for behavioral and emotional concerns, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorder, Persistent Depression, Domestic Violence, Substance Abuse, Mood Disorders ,Insomnia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, ADHD, Emotional Challenges, Trauma, and Relationship Issues. The symptoms listed above can be a direct effect of chronic medical issues, trauma, micro aggression, systematic racism, effects of trauma and the overall stressors of everyday life. 

 I became a therapist to assist those experiencing difficulties navigating through feelings and the overall process of healing.  My approach is centered around  meeting the clients “ where they are at.” It is a goal of mine to help clients process situations and meet their desired goals. Together we will  discuss how to rebuild your future and equip you with the tools to cope with the past and current struggles.  I will empower you to be kind to yourself through self-compassion, self-care and remind you that YOU are resilient.
